January 31st-February 3rd 8th Annual Death Valley History Conference Enjoy great historical presentations at this incredible conference. Enjoy returning presenters with papers such as Hang Me if You Will: Homicide and the Goldfield Legal System (Sally Zanjani), and The Wedding of the Waters(Jim Price), and new presenters. This year’s conference starts off with a one man play on Shorty Harris and of course they will have our new and used book sales, Saturday BBQ, and Sunday field trip. February 2 08 DEATH VALLEY TRAIL MARATHON & 30K™ Marathon & 30K. Trail running in the wide, jeep road twisting through the towering red rocks of Death Valley's Titus Canyon. June Scotty's Castle Organ Concert Two nights of concerts at Scotty's castle, featuring the famous Pipe organ in the music room of the Castle.   fee:25.00   All procedes go to the care of the organ and chimes tower.
